  • George Vestal - President
I am currently serving as a Board member and President of The Parks HOA. I moved to The Parks three years ago after living in the North Beach/Blue Ridge area of Seattle for 25 years. My interest and hobbies include tennis, walking, and gardening. The garden at my getaway home on Whidbey Island was among six chosen for one of the annual garden tours. I believe in volunteerism and giving back to my community. With The Parks, I’ve worked with the Beautification and Social committee and wherever needed. I was born and educated in Southern California. I am President of McDonald Employment Services, Inc., a seventy-year old home health care agency in Seattle. I have owned and operated it for over forty years. I am a Past President and board member of Seattle Executives Association, a 100-year old prestigious group of business leaders. I was President and 15-year board member of the International Executives Association. I am a Past President and 9 year board member of Dunn Gardens in north Seattle. I am a Rotarian and believe strongly in community activities. I love our community---it’s very special! I look forward to working with many of you and seeing how we can move our community to the next level.
  • Bob Goodmark - Treasurer
My wife and I moved to the Parks six years ago and have enjoyed the wonderful quality of life since we arrived. I have served on the Parks Board since late 2013; as vice-president from 2016 thru October 2016; as President from October 2016 thru March 2019; and, am currently serving as Treasurer. In my previous neighborhood, in a city without zoning, the neighborhood association was responsible for enforcement of deed restrictions. I served on the Board for over 20 years in positions as committee chair, treasurer, and president. In those years, I gained experience in dealing with all kinds of problems that neighborhoods like the Parks experience. I would like to continue to use that experience to maintain the quality of life in the Parks. I am a retired engineer with a long career with a major oil company.
  • Tondi Miles - Secretary
My name is Tondi Miles and I have been a residence of The Parks since 1999. My children were born and raised here. I have been active in many youth and adult Mill Creek sports leagues. I have also been active at our local schools: Cedar Wood, Heatherwood and Jackson. I have over 20 years’ experience in the commercial real estate finance industry and have proficient project management and organizational skills. I have been a Board Member of The Parks HOA since 2011 serving as VP and Secretary. I feel that our HOA needs the voices of residents with passion and vested interests in the community and I would like to continue contributing positively to the decisions being made in our neighborhood.
  • Jerry Brown - Board Member
I have been a home owner in The Parks for going on 3 years now. After graduating high school, I went directly into the US Navy from 1988-1992 where I served on the USS Pittsburgh as a Submarine Quartermaster during the first Gulf War. After the Navy, I attended South Puget Sound Community College and Edmonds Community College working on Network Administration. From 1995-2016 I was the IT Manager at Phoenix Central Laboratory a veterinarian laboratory in the Everett area. During this time I also helped my wife set up her business, helping with IT and anything else needed to help the business grow. In 2016, I obtained my real estate license and began working for Windermere Mill Creek as a Broker in 2017, where I continue to do so.
  • John Easterly - Vice-President
Born and raised in Bothell, WA, John has lived in the Mill Creek area now for 19 years where he has contributed many years of service to his community. John coached baseball for the Mill Creek Little League for 9 years, coached baseball at AMHS for 5 years, and for the last 3 years coached at Cedar Park Christian. Professionally John is a real estate agent after working 20+ years in the electrical industry. John and his wife Jennifer have lived in The Parks for 5 years where they enjoy entertaining, attending Aqua Sox baseball games, golfing, and traveling to warm locations.
